3. Products & Orders

We manufacture and sell kitchen tools and cookware. Product images and descriptions are for reference only—actual appearance may vary slightly.
You can change or cancel an order only before it is processed. Please contact us immediately if needed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice. We accept Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) for most orders. For bulk or wholesale orders, bank transfer may be accepted upon agreement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is 3–5 business days.
Shipping cost is flat (generally Rs. 99); free for orders above Rs. 3,000.
Delivery confirmation and tracking are emailed once your order ships.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Returns accepted if wrong, damaged, or not as described; otherwise may be refused.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.
Refunds via original payment method within approx. 10 business days after receiving returned item.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the website—including text, images, logos—are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use materials without permission.

8. User‑Generated Content
